Duties And Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Assemble and mix ingredients, place on trays, push racks to oven, and bake goods.
3. Package, wrap baked goods, print and apply labels, clean display cases, and stock fresh goods.
4. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
5. Track and record loss.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform duties and follow safety policies.
• Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and base score requirements for the position.
• Ability to learn and use necessary equipment and tools.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Wear proper uniform and shoes.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Maximum exertion: continual.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
