Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Assemble and mix ingredients, place on trays, bake goods, package, label, and display baked goods.
3. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
4. Track and record loss.

Qualifications

1. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have valid identification.
2. Ability to read, write, communicate effectively, and comply with safety regulations.
3. Complete the 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
4. Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
5. Willing to wear proper work attire.
6. Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

1. Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
2. Lift/carry up to 50 lbs., stand for 55%, walk for 45% of the shift.
3. Category IV physical activity: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.; static pull max 20 lbs.
