Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties.
2. Assemble and mix ingredients, prepare baked goods, and operate oven equipment.
3. Package, label, and display baked goods, and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
4. Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
5. Track and record loss.

Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow safety regulations.
• Complete a 60-day introductory period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance and proper attire.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements:

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45% of the time.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
