Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Follow all company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to personal appearance policies.
3. Assist with special projects and other duties assigned by supervision.
4. Train and certify other associates when needed.
5. Communicate effectively within the department and organization.
6. Support safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
7. Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met.
8. Develop product knowledge across bakery items.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and learn multiple tasks.
• Meet minimum age requirements for the role.

Physical Requirements:

• Repetitive hand and arm motions, standing/walking for most of the shift.
• Lift up to 30 lbs frequently, 40 lbs occasionally.
• Reach overhead and handle various substances safely.

Preferred Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection.
• Prepare bakery products, support cycle baking, and maintain quality standards.
• Prioritize and plan production efficiently.
• Package and display products properly, maintaining records.
• Decorate cakes and organize bakery loads as needed.
• Use RF units and meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.

Compensation:

Salary range: $15.00 - $19.65 per hour
