The main responsibilities include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, moving out U-boats, and stocking shelves from mass and end displays. The role also involves managing backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and presented.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Restock mass or end displays, rotate products, and present shelves as directed by management or replenishment lead
• Remove out-of-date items efficiently for rotation

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety regulations and company policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Meet performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, with shifts potentially longer based on business needs
• Constant movement, including standing (55%) and walking (45%)
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Maximum pull static force of 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used during work
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
