Job Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, break down pallets, and restock U-boats.
• Move out U-boats and put up new stock.
• Manage backstock, including DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days.
• Replenish shelves from mass and end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed.
• Remove out-of-code items efficiently for rotation.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing 55%, walking 45%.
• Category IV tasks involving lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Maximum static pull: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used during work.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
