Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this job is to unload trucks, break down pallets, restock U-boats, move out U-boats, and replenish stock. The team member works backstock, including DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days. Responsibilities also include replenishing shelves from mass and end displays, rotating products, and maintaining presentation standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stocking items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Replenish mass or end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed
• Remove out-of-code items using efficient rotation methods

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Meet performance standards, including attendance
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more
• Job cycles: continual maximum
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand: 55%, Walk: 45%
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS materials
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
