The main responsibilities include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, moving stock, and managing backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days. Replenishing shelves from mass and end displays, rotating products, and maintaining store presentation are also key duties.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Replenish shelves from backstock
• Stock and organize mass and end displays, rotate products, and ensure proper presentation as directed by management
• Remove expired or out-of-code items efficiently for rotation

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety and company policies
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4 hours, variable based on business needs
• Physical demands: lift/carry up to 50 lbs., stand 55%, walk 45%
• Static pull: up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Skills and Training

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS materials
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
