Responsibilities

• Provides skilled therapy services to patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision.
• Assesses and documents patient progress and communicates with supervising PT to adjust treatments.
• Provides consultation to patients and families regarding physical disorders.
• Contributes to discharge planning and summaries of services.
