Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Assesses progress and communicates with the supervising PT to adjust treatments.
• Provides counseling to patients and families related to physical disorders.
• Inputs discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements.
