Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Texas, New Mexico, Indiana, Arizona, and Missouri. You will provide skilled therapy services to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, using evidence-based interventions to support recovery and functional improvement.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant required.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.
• Strong communication with patients and supervising PTs.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Delivers rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatments with supervising PT.
• Provides counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Assists in discharge planning and progress reporting per clinical requirements.
