Job summary

StoragePRO Management is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager for our Paso Robles location. The role focuses on renting storage units, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining records and facility operations.

Responsibilities include processing payments, promoting units, and performing light maintenance while ensuring security and compliance with company policies. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and US work

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding customer service; experience in self-storage, property management, retail, or restaurant is ideal.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills; strong communication and organizational skills.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units, explaining options and pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve concerns, and build positive relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness, security, and equipment function.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report major issues.
• Maintain up-to-date tenant records and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment.
• Reports to District Manager; attendance is an essential job function.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager at StoragePRO you will:

• Rent storage units, explaining different options and pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of all equipment.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report any major issues to designated personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
• Reports to District Manager
• Attendance is an essential job function
• Other duties as assigned
