Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or PTA graduates eligible for licensure will be considered, upon hire.
• Physical Therapy Assistant: TX, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial evaluations and develops plans of care.
• Administers therapeutic exercises and modalities per plan of care.
• Observes and documents patient progress and communicates with team/physicians.
• Fits patients for braces, prostheses, and mobility devices.
• May perform clerical duties and supports customer service.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
