Job summary

LOFT's Kent, WA store is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding and coaching a team of associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations and readiness to step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes onboarding, development of a highly engaged team, and maintaining visual and operational standards while driving a profitable, customer‑focused environment. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Model personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
