Job summary

LOFT in Strongsville, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a positive store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, model the brand's behaviors, and coach associates to create genuine connections with customers.

You'll also assist the Store Manager with recruiting and developing talent, using data and reporting to drive operational excellence, all while delivering consistent omni-channel service and a welcoming environment for diverse customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen with ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
