Job summary

LOFT in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run store operations and step in as manager when needed, ensuring brand standards and a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
