Qualifications
Current Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant License.
Certification in Adult and Pediatric CPR.
Valid Maryland Driver’s License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
1+ year in clinical care (acute, subacute, or home health preferred).
Responsibilities
Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Document patient progress and functional mobility.
Communicate effectively with patients and the rehab team.
Conduct discharge planning and make referrals as needed.
Provide patient/caregiver education.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
Participate in continuing education and departmental initiatives.
