Qualifications

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan developed by the Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Communicate pertinent information concerning patient progress and problems.
• Record treatment notes and progress notes as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Patient Plan of Care Meetings and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
• Instruct patients’ families in maintenance programs.
• Act as clinical trainer for Physical Therapist Assistant programs.
