Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to help residents in a skilled nursing facility regain function and meet therapy goals. You will educate patients, guide independent exercise, and modify activities as needed to support discharge outcomes.

The role offers full-time and PRN opportunities with a wage range of $28.00–$34.00 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Daily Pay is available.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the state in which you work.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Return resident to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals in a SNF setting.
• Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.
