Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to provide treatment to residents under the plan of care established by the supervising therapist.

You will implement interventions, monitor progress, and document responses to treatment in accordance with the facility's policies. You will interact with residents, families, and the healthcare team, maintain professional conduct, and comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant, in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for residents under the physical therapy plan of care as established by the therapist.
• Interact with residents, family members, responsible party and other health care team members while maintaining standards of professional conduct.
• Comply with regulatory standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy, the Department of Health, and any other professional guidelines or standards.
