Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and patients in daily therapy activities. You will greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, and help prepare treatment spaces under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly in person and by phone during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with scheduling and patient flow to support clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, verify paperwork and benefits, and complete forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, and set up exercise equipment for therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Help patients perform prescribed home exercises.
