Qualifications

• Colorado ECE Lead Teacher qualifications through education, experience, credentialing, or a combination of qualifying pathways.
• Selected candidates must provide supporting documentation within 30 days of employment (transcripts, certifications, verification letters).
• Be available Mondays - Fridays, 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., throughout the 2026–2027 school year.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Meet all applicable background-check, training, and licensing requirements.

• Provide dependable and consistent support throughout the school year.

Position Overview

Leading Edge is seeking an energetic, dependable, and engaging ECE Lead Teacher to join our school-year program at Trevista at Horace Mann.

This position is ideal for an educator who enjoys leading hands-on activities, building meaningful relationships, collaborating with a team, and supporting the whole child through positive mentorship and enriching programming.

The ECE Lead Teacher will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where students can learn, explore, and grow throughout the 2026–2027 school year.

Schedule

Part-Time

Mondays - Friday

2:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

Candidates must be available to work all scheduled hours throughout the 2026–2027 school year.

• Experience verification letters completed by a former supervisor or HR representative, if applicable

Candidates must also:

• Be available Mondays - Fridays, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Be dependable and committed to working throughout the 2026–2027 school year
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Meet all applicable background-check, training, and licensing requirements

Interview Process

Selected candidates will first be invited to an initial phone screening.

Candidates selected to move forward will participate in an in-person interview with program leadership.
