Hours are Mon–Fri 2:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m. through the school year; candidates must meet Colorado ECE Lead Teacher qualifications, be legally allowed to work in the U.S., and comply with background checks and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Colorado ECE Lead Teacher qualifications through education, experience, credentialing, or a combination of qualifying pathways.
• Selected candidates must provide supporting documentation within 30 days of employment (transcripts, certifications, verification letters).
• Be available Mondays - Fridays, 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., throughout the 2026–2027 school year.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Meet all applicable background-check, training, and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging enrichment activities and group programming.
• Support positive behavior guidance and social-emotional development.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for students.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, school partners, and staff.
• Maintain compliance with Colorado childcare licensing requirements and program expectations.
• Collaborate with program leadership and fellow educators to support daily operations.
• Assist with maintaining an organized, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
• Provide dependable and consistent support throughout the school year.
