Aventura at Walton Hills is hiring a Floor Technician to keep floors clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents. The role supports infection control and safety while contributing to a comfortable living environment. Full-time employment with competitive pay and standard benefits.

Responsibilities

• Keep floors clean, polished, and safe throughout the facility.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors (vinyl, tile, and more).
• Operate equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Respond quickly to spills and safety hazards.
• Complete floor projects with minimal disruption to residents.
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues.
• Support the Environmental Services team as needed.

What You’ll Do
