Therapeutic Associates Inc. in Bend, OR is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide focused 1:1 patient care within a PT-owned organization that emphasizes clinical excellence and realistic productivity.

We offer new graduate development, mentorship with 48 hours of 1:1 mentorship, an APTA-accredited orthopedic residency program, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license or anticipated licensure within six months.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care that helps patients achieve their functional goals.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and injury prevention.
• Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and patient experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners to provide coordinated patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
