Job summary

Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Tulsa, OK is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality therapy to residents. The PT will plan, implement, and oversee therapy services in accordance with physician orders and APTA guidelines, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with physician's orders and American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) guidelines.
• Coordinates the achievement and reporting of the facility's key performance physical therapy indicators.
• Evaluates and reports key performance indicator outcomes of the physical therapy department to the Rehabilitation Director to determine the need for action.
• Develops and implements processes and systems to effectively lead, guide, and direct the delivery of physical therapy services.
• Complies with facility policies and procedures for documenting, billing, and coding for residents receiving physical therapy.
• Provides positive relationships with residents, employees, and family members through scheduled, deliberate interactions.
• Participates in daily, weekly, and/or monthly rehabilitative and interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss residents' therapy progression and discharge planning.
• Ensures delivery of compassionate quality care and services across the physical therapy spectrum.
