Position Summary

Responsible for providing counseling services, ensuring client access and acclimation to mental health services, providing crisis stabilization to N.E.W Community Clinic patients, and documentation/psycho-social screening support to N.E.W providers in accordance with policies and procedures of N.E.W & DHS 35 and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• Wisconsin licensure as LCSW or LPC.
• Five (5) years of post-licensure clinical experience required.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and psychosocial assessments
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment
• Commitment to providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations
• Trauma-informed care experience preferred (EMDR, Brainspotting, or similar approaches a plus)
• Spanish language skills a plus
