Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
  • Wisconsin licensure as LCSW or LPC.
  • Experience providing psychotherapy and psychosocial assessments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
  • Commitment to culturally responsive care for diverse populations.
  • Trauma-informed care experience preferred (EMDR, Brainspotting, or similar).
  • Spanish language skills a plus.

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing counseling services, ensuring client access and acclimation to mental health services, providing crisis stabilization to N.E.W Community Clinic patients, and documentation/psycho-social screening support to N.E.W providers in accordance with policies and procedures of N.E.W & DHS 35 and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
