Job summary

Telos Health Systems seeks a Psychotherapist to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities in Smethport, PA. The role offers clinical autonomy, strong leadership support, and W-2 employment with RVU-based compensation.

Requirements include PA licensure as LCSW/LPC/LMFT or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) and a Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, with experience in geriatric populations preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a clinical team.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Preferred: experience working with geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with the multidisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with facility staff, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and regulations.

Compensation

Offering up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

For LCSW, LMHC, LMFT: Assuming Full-Time, 50 units/week (10 units/day), a Psychology provider could estimate they will earn $50k–$67k/year.
For Psychologist (PsyD/PhD): Assuming Full-Time, 50 units/week (10 units/day), a Psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD.) provider could estimate they will earn $83k–$97k/year.

Compensation & Benefits

W-2 employment with RVU-based compensation and flexible scheduling focused on work-life balance — with no billing or authorization responsibilities (handled by our billing team) and ongoing support from our Directors of Mental Health.
