Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with facility staff, medical providers, and healthcare professionals.

Schedule

This position offers both part‑time and full‑time options.

• Part‑Time: 2 days per week (daytime hours; you pick the days!)
• Full‑Time: Monday–Friday (daytime hours, typically a building a day)

Full‑Time Status

Full‑time status is eligible for full benefits (listed below).

This role includes 1 day in Charlotte, NC with additional clinical service days in one or more of the following locations:

Qualifications

Required Licensure

• Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/Ph.D.)

Additional Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license in the state of practice
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a clinical team
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with geriatric populations
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or long‑term care settings
