This is a general call for applications, but don’t let that fool you - this isn’t a generic job.

We’re looking for clinicians with a behavioral orientation (ACT, CBT, DBT, ERP, etc.), a clear head, and a point of view. You don’t have to be polished or perfect, but you do need to be intentional - someone who thinks in terms of function, who’s reflective about power and systems, and who can explain why they do what they do in the therapy room.

This role is open to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMSW, PhD/PsyD, MHC-LP, LMHC, etc.). Offices are located in Park Slope (Brooklyn), Midtown (Manhattan), and Rye, with a hybrid structure that allows for both remote and in-person work. In-person availability (especially in Park Slope), plus some evening or weekend hours, is strongly preferred.

Start Date:

We can onboard sooner if needed, but ideally we’re looking for July/August start dates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Pre-licensed or licensed clinicians in NY

• Fee-for-service: $65–170/session depending on license and experience
• Full-time salaried option: $74,000–$120,000 annually, with commission for additional sessions
• Health insurance eligibility for full-time W2 employees
• Individual clinical supervision for pre-licensed staff
• A community of thoughtful clinicians who are serious about the work and kind to one another
