Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led, patient-centered behavioral health company delivering telehealth services across multiple states from home-based settings. We seek therapists with active licenses to join our remote clinical team and provide evidence-based care to diverse populations.

Full-time clinicians are eligible for medical insurance benefits; compensation is hourly and supports collaborative care with psychiatrists and other therapists in virtual team meetings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one served state (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC or equivalent).
• Significant clinical experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is preferred.
• Must not own or operate a private practice.
• Solid computer skills and comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one of the states we serve : Accepted clinical licenses may include LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC , or other equivalent independent clinical licenses recognized in the states we serve.
Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required .
Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities , is preferred.
Must not own or operate a private practice .
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
Solid computer skills and comfort using basic technology, EHRs, and telehealth platforms.
