Greenwich House, Inc. is seeking a licensed psychotherapist to provide individual and group therapy to children, youth, young adults, and adults, onsite and via Telehealth in New York City.
You will join an interdisciplinary team, draw on a trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach, and utilize a flexible toolkit including play therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic modalities. The role is hybrid at 623 Broadway, NY 10012, 35 hours/week, with FLSA exempt status and full-time benefits.
Salary Range: $72,000.00 To $74,000.00 Annually

As a Psychotherapist, you will provide individual and group psychotherapy to children, youth, young adults, and adults and their families, both onsite and through Telehealth, drawing on a trauma-informed, harm reduction approach and a flexible toolkit that spans play therapy, family therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic modalities.
You'll work alongside a close-knit interdisciplinary team of Case Managers and Peer Advocates, connecting clients to the housing, legal, health, and vocational resources that support recovery beyond the therapy room. Our clients reflect the full diversity of New York City, and we're looking for a licensed clinician (LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW) who brings cultural humility, strong engagement skills, and a commitment to meeting people where they are.

The expected base salary for this position is between $72,000-$74,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of this posting and may be adjusted based on experience, education, and organizational needs.
