Bergen Counseling Collective is a values-driven, inclusive group practice in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood, founded in 2010. We are currently seeking a psychotherapist with experience providing both individual and relationship counseling to join our collaborative team of thoughtful, passionate clinicians. We welcome fully licensed therapists as well as provisionally licensed clinicians (LPC, LSW, MFT-A) working toward full licensure.

Who We’re Looking For:

A compassionate, self-aware therapist who values depth, connection, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. Candidates must be licensed in the state of Illinois (full or provisional) and have training or experience working with both individuals and couples. Ideal candidates will have interest in working from a relational, trauma-informed, and/or integrative lens.

Qualifications:

• Active IL license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or provisional licensure: LPC, LSW, AMFT)
• Interest and competency in providing both individual and relationship counseling
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Commitment to inclusive, anti-oppressive, and affirming clinical practice
