We are seeking a compassionate and skilled master’s level psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals participating in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and traditional outpatient services. This position is fully remote but the candidate must be located in California, and includes individual and group therapy, intake assessments, and clinical documentation. Ideal candidates will have experience treating acute mental health conditions in hospital or medical center settings and a strong foundation in protocol-driven, evidence-based therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy to clients enrolled in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and general outpatient services using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT).
  • Conduct intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments with prospective patients to determine appropriate level of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular supervision, case consultation, and team meetings.
  • Follow structured therapy protocols and adhere to programmatic models of care.
  • Respond appropriately to clinical crises and maintain awareness of risk management procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current independent or associate clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC) in the state of California.
  • Must physically reside in the state of California.
  • Strong working knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma.
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote clinical work.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with acute psychiatric presentations and safety planning.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Previous experience working in an IOP, PHP, hospital, or medical center setting
