Open Mind Health is seeking associate and fully licensed mental health psychotherapists for a 100% remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours, provide quality care, and be part of a diverse team helping underserved populations. Qualifications

Fully licensed in states including CA, MS, LA, AZ, OR, WA.
Associate licensed in MD, VA, DC, MI, WA.
Experience working with virtual platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customized, evidence-guided virtual mental health care.
Collaborate with a team of mental health experts.
Utilize innovative technologies in all aspects of care.

SKILLS/QUALITIES

Clinical competence in evidence based practices and providing quality care
Knowledge of current research and maintain an intellectual curiosity in order to integrate/customize your practice to your skill set and interests
Willingness and confidence to integrate innovative technologies into all aspects of care
Willingness and motivation to become licensed in other states as needed

EXPERIENCE

Hourly rate of compensation will be ascertained based on expertise, years of experience, and states of licensure. The posted range is for fully licensed psychotherapists not associates.
Evidence of appropriate clinical skills and experience

PREFERRED:

Experience working with virtual platforms
Experience with tele-health is highly valuable, but not essential
Multilingual (especially in Spanish) an asset, but not required.
