Job Summary

Were looking for a caring and qualified School Psychologist to join our remote team and support K12 students throughout Idaho. This 100% virtual position offers the chance to make a lasting impact on students emotional well-being, academic progress, and behavioral growthall while working from home. As part of a collaborative online team, youll deliver vital psychological services through our secure teletherapy platform in partnership with families, educators, and school staff.

Core Duties

  • Administer virtual psychoeducational assessments to evaluate student learning and mental health needs.
  • Help design and implement IEPs and 504 Plans in coordination with school teams.
  • Provide teletherapy-based counseling and support to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges.
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and specialists to ensure individualized support for each student.
  • Monitor student data and progress to refine strategies and interventions.
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings, offering insights and expert recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Current and valid Idaho license or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting (minimum two years preferred).
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote evaluation tools is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a digital environment.

Technology Requirements

  • Consistent high-speed internet connection.
  • Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks not supported).
  • Ability to pass a tech screening to ensure system compatibility.
