Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience, 5 preferred in licensure/certification.
Responsibilities
Provide psychometric and test development services for certification clients.
Facilitate psychometric meetings such as item writing and job/task analyses.
Conduct statistical test reviews and reports.
Skills
Knowledge of Classical Test Theory
Knowledge of Item Response Theory
Ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to explain complex concepts
Experience with statistical software (SAS, SPSS, R)
Facilitating meetings
Education
Masters Degree in a measurement-related field
