Qualifications

• Doctorate in psychometrics, educational measurement, statistics or closely related field.
• 0–1 years’ experience working in a testing-related field with demonstrable psychometric problem-solving experience.
• Strong R programming skills with ability to conduct CAT simulations and visualization support.

Responsibilities

• Select statistical analyses to demonstrate psychometric characteristics of HMH assessment products.
• Manage large data files, apply statistical analysis in R, and use IRT calibration tools as needed.
• Lead development of computer adaptive testing algorithms, including multistage designs and automated test assembly.
