Job summary

Caswell Developmental Center in Kinston, NC, part of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, seeks a Psychological Program Director I (NS) to lead the Psychology Department, supervise staff, and coordinate clinical services.

This exempt, full-time position requires licensure and post-doctoral experience, oversight of testing, and collaboration with treatment teams to improve outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for licensure in NC under the NC Psychology Practice Act and three years of post-doctoral experience coordinating/supervising a psychological services program.

Responsibilities

• Lead Caswell Developmental Center's Psychology Department (Senior Psychologist + 8 staff Psychologists + behavior specialists).
• Provide clinical supervision and oversee testing/evaluations.
• Develop and deliver behavioral assessment and treatment programs; advise treatment teams.
