The faculty member will keep attendance, grades, and assist with curriculum development and assessment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field with 18 graduate-level hours in psychology.
• College teaching experience, preferably in a community college setting.
• Deep knowledge of the subject matter to be taught.
• Commitment to excellence in teaching.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide college-level psychology instruction and maintain attendance and grades.
• Assist students via email, phone or office hours and contribute to curriculum, syllabi, and assessment processes.
• Develop and maintain current syllabi and course outlines using college templates.
• Utilize technology in teaching and maintain LMS communications with students each semester.
• Participate in accreditation activities, College committees, and program reviews.
