The minimum is a Master’s in Psychology (or related credentials with 18 graduate credits). Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred to support diverse student populations.

Qualifications

• Must have a master’s degree or higher in Psychology.
• Or a Master’s degree which includes 18 GRADUATED level credits in relevant courses such as Psychology, Counseling, Therapy, and Clinical Social Work
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency (read, write and speak fluently in both languages).

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and deliver instruction and perform teaching-related activities.
• Manage the classroom/laboratory.
• Develop curriculum and monitor and revise as appropriate to maintain course effectiveness; assist in program evaluation.
• Assess student performance and advise students on academic issues.
• Collaborate with the advisory committee in the program area.
• Attend departmental and institutional meetings.
