Job summary

The State of Georgia invites applications for a Psychology Instructor at Chattahoochee Technical College. Under supervision of the Associate Dean of Social Sciences, you will deliver instruction in psychology, develop syllabi, and guide student learning across campuses.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Psychology with 18 graduate hours, plus at least three years of teaching experience and experience with Blackboard or similar LMS.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology from a regionally accredited four-year college or university with at least 18 graduate hours in Psychology.
• Minimum three years of post-secondary teaching experience.
• Experience teaching face-to-face and online courses via Blackboard or a similar LMS.

Responsibilities

• Instructs psychology courses and develops syllabi, goals, and objectives.
• Evaluates student progress and maintains required documentation and reports.
• Participates in college committees and supports advisement and tutoring.
• Provides instruction on multiple campuses as needed.
