Job summary

Fusion Academy is seeking a Psychology and Personal Development Teacher to deliver 1-to-1 instruction for students in grades 4–12. You will shape schedules, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues to personalize education emotionally, socially, and academically.

The role emphasizes mentoring, growth mindset, and growth opportunities while working in a flexible, student-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Experience working with students with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

What We’re Looking For:
