Position Summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Psychologist to provide psychological services for children and families with medically related health concerns on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. This position operates independently in providing psychological care to assigned patients. Work situations are routine but require analysis, good judgment, decision making, and diplomacy. This role involves extensive external contacts with patients, families, physicians, and outside organizations, as well as internal contacts with inpatient and outpatient care staff and management.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-approved clinical psychology training program
• Licensed or license eligible as a psychologist by the State of Washington
• Completion of one (1) year clinical psychology internship or one-year postdoctoral fellowship with a child clinical emphasis
