School Psychologist (Onsite/Hybrid) Near Ellington, CT

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract

Contract Dates: ASAP to June 11, 2026

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 paid hours per week (follows school calendar)

Soliant Education is seeking qualified School Psychologists for two immediate openings near Ellington, Connecticut: one at the Middle School level and one at the High School level. These full-time roles will run through the end of the 2025-2026 school year and offer the flexibility of onsite or hybrid schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
  • Write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Participate in PPT (Planning and Placement Team) meetings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and district standards

Note: This position does not involve counseling services.

Requirements
  • Valid Connecticut School Psychologist certification (required)
  • Experience with psychoeducational assessments and report writing
  • Familiarity with Connecticut's PPT process
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in either onsite or hybrid settings
  • Open to candidates with varying levels of experience
Caseload & Work Environment
  • Caseload typically includes 65-80 evaluations per year
  • District-provided laptop
  • Designated workspace within the school building
