Job summary

B Above Services is seeking a psychologist licensed in Indiana to conduct comprehensive developmental evaluations for children, including autism. This role involves administering standardized tools, writing detailed reports, and communicating findings to families and providers.

Ideal candidates have a PhD or PsyD in psychology, Indiana HSPP licensure, and experience with autism assessments. Hybrid work options and strong administrative support are offered to enable patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children with developmental differences, including autism spectrum disorder
• Administer and interpret assessment tools such as ADOS-2, CARS, GARS, GADS, ASRS, VBAS-II, and ABAS-II
• Prepare clear, comprehensive written reports with actionable recommendations
• Communicate findings effectively with families, referring providers, and team members
• Review and approve ancillary service recommendations (speech, occupational therapy, etc.)
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members

What You Bring

• Active Indiana licensure as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP)
• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
• Experience assessing children with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs
• Strong diagnostic, writing, and communication skills
