Job summary

PAMHC in Carroll, IA is hiring a full-time Psychologist to provide assessments and therapies, with travel to satellite offices.

The position requires maintaining accurate records, conducting assessments, and coordinating care with other professionals. You will develop treatment plans and stay current on testing and best practices in the field.

Applicants must have Iowa licensure as an Independent Doctor of Psychology and 1–2 years of outpatient assessment experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Iowa licensure to practice as an Independent Doctor of Psychology.
• 1–2 years’ experience conducting assessments in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records.
• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioning.
• Refer clients for treatment of psychological disorders when clinically appropriate.
• Diagnose client needs and develop treatment plans and clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Remain current on testing and diagnostic materials, rules, and best practices.

Pay Range

$94,000.00 up to $105,000.00 depending on experience

PAMHC is looking to hire full-time Psychologist based out of our Carroll, IA, office. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Travel to our satellite offices is required. In this position, you will employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
