One Behavioral in Houston, TX is expanding and seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. This leadership role blends direct clinical work with team management, offering flexible hybrid scheduling.

You will administer neurocognitive assessments, provide evidence-based psychotherapy, mentor staff, and oversee logistics. The position emphasizes patient-centered care and clinician wellbeing in a growth-focused practice.

Competenze

• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible Texas Psychologist license.
• Experience with adults/geriatric populations in outpatient settings.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Private, quiet home workspace suitable for conducting telehealth sessions.

The Opportunity

We are expanding and seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic team. Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible Texas state licensure as a Psychologist
• Experience working with adult and/or geriatric populations in outpatient settings
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Private, quiet home workspace suitable for conducting telehealth sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI)
• Background in neurocognitive or neuropsychological testing
• Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required)
