We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary mental health team dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological services across diverse populations. Responsibilities

- Provide individual, group, and family counseling across a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including trauma-related disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder, and behavioral health issues.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate with medical teams and social workers to coordinate patient care plans, especially for clients with complex needs such as disabilities or geriatrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines.
- Participate in research initiatives to advance clinical practices and contribute to ongoing professional development.
- Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver therapy sessions and conduct mental health assessments remotely.
- Supervise junior staff or interns as needed, providing guidance on clinical best practices and ethical standards.
- Stay current with developments in psychology, including advancements in behavioral health treatments for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure as a Psychologist in the respective jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, or individuals with disabilities.
- Proficiency in mental health diagnostics, psychological testing, and behavioral health assessments.
- Strong background in evidence-based interventions such as CBT and trauma-focused therapy.
- Experience working with neurodevelopmental disorders like autism spectrum disorder and trauma-related conditions such as PTSD.
- Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms and remote assessment tools.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and clinical ethical guidelines.
- Supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory; willingness to mentor junior clinicians is advantageous.
